Moron of the Month

I HATE RED VELVET CAKE!! Why does this cake get so much press? It makes no sense to me. All that it is IS FOOD COLORING. I understand that it once was an acidic reaction and all the junk, but really these days it's just food coloring. Give me a break as if we need more additives in our food. The irony of this whole thing is that red is my favorite color.
